Self‑paced online courses, digital learning modules, and downloadable training materials accessible through our Online Programs platform.

 

2.4. Digital Products

Downloadable resources, templates, guides, and other digital materials offered for purchase.

We no longer offer live or instructor‑led training unless explicitly stated.

 

3. Client Engagement and Payment Terms

 

3.1. Consulting & Product Development

All professional services begin only after both parties sign a formal agreement (SOW or MSA). The agreement will specify:

• Scope of work

• Deliverables

• Payment schedule

• Timelines

• Responsibilities

3.2. Payment Processing for Online Courses & Digital Products

Payments for online programs and digital products are processed by third‑party payment processors. The specific processor used will be displayed at checkout.

3.3. Access to Digital Content

Access to online programs or digital products is granted only after successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials remain confidential.

3.4. No Guarantees of Results

Any case studies, testimonials, or examples shown on the Site represent past outcomes. Individual results vary based on your business context, implementation, and engagement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) and Ownership

4.1. Our IP

All content on the Site—including methodologies, frameworks, course content, documentation, text, graphics, and code—is owned by Eagan Data Solutions LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our IP without written permission.

4.2. Client IP (Custom Projects)

Upon final payment for a Product Development project, the client receives full ownership of the custom-developed source code and deliverables. We may retain non-confidential learnings to improve our internal methodologies.

 

4.3. Online Programs & Digital Products

All training materials, videos, modules, and downloadable files are licensed for personal use only. You may not:

• Share access

• Redistribute materials

• Publish content

• Resell any part of the training

Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

 

5.1. Consulting & Product Development

Refund terms for consulting or development projects are defined in the SOW or MSA. Unless otherwise stated, payments made toward consulting engagements are non‑refundable once work has commenced.

5.2. Online Courses (Self‑Paced)

Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds are available only if:

• The request is made within 3 days of purchase, AND

• You have completed less than 20% of the course content

After these conditions, all sales are final.

5.3. Digital Products

Digital downloads (templates, guides, resources) are non‑refundable once delivered.

5.4. Refund Handling

Refunds for online programs and digital products are processed through the same third‑party payment processor used at the time of purchase. All refund requests will follow the processor’s policies and applicable tax regulations. Details about the payment processor will be displayed at checkout.
